- Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
If you have ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
- Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Handling of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For example, clothing may be tried on to the extent that this would reasonably be possible in a physical shop.
Washing, damaging or substantially wearing clothing may go beyond what is necessary for such an inspection and may result in a statutory claim for compensation for diminished value.
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised, provided that the statutory requirements for this exception are met.
This may apply, for example, to:
- T-shirts featuring a design created specifically for you;
- products featuring your personal name or text;
- products individually designed according to your specific instructions;
- other custom-made products that are not part of the regular shop range.
Not every product that is produced only after an order has been placed is automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.
For example, a regular T-shirt design offered in the OuraniaArt shop may still be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal even if the T-shirt is only printed after the order has been placed.
The decisive factor is whether the product has actually been made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.

The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory warranty rights.
